Dan Mosheim over at Dorset Custom Furniture made this traditional pop up TV cabinet. What’s that you might ask: A traditional pop up cabinet? How is that even possible?
My answer? See for yourself. Handmade in Dorset, VT, with traditional joinery, period style, and built to last forever. That’s traditional, even if there was a shortage of televisions in both the 18th and 19th centuries.
On this piece Dan uses a simplified set of bail pulls-just one Hepplewhite style bail and 2 posts for each, matched up with our H-46 Sheraton knob, and a set of PB-407 butt hinges.
By the way, Dan does a whole lot more than traditional. His modern work is out of this world.
