As of this afternoon we will be closed until January 5th. We always close the week between Christmas and New Years and this year with Christmas on a Thursday we close for just about the maximum amount of time. We will be gone almost two weeks. Wow. It actually may be a little too long. We debated long and hard about whether to open up for one day on the 2nd, but ultimately I will be away so we will remain closed for the one day. We are headed to Florida to visit my Grandmother (Horton) for 3 days and then spending three days at Sanibel Island. Sanibel Island is the only place my wife and I have ever gone to more than once. This will be our third trip and we scored a pretty good deal on a 1 bedroom sweet on Captiva. With 2 young children a suite is key-that way we don’t have to go to bed when the kids do. As soon as we return we are headed to Woodstock, NH with the Masaitis’s (a long time customer) for three nights and hopefully at least one day of skiing at the new and expanded Loon Mountain.
